No, we don't. If you need to drop off rent or any other paper work you'll need to come during our normal business hours.
We are usually able to get a property rented within 7-30 days from the time the home is place on the market and is in rent-ready condition. It will depend if the property is or is not in an HOA community, and how long it takes the HOA approval process.
You will receive monthly statements via email around the middle of each month. The rental owner statement will have a summary of expenses and a detailed transaction list. Additionally, you will receive a year end rental owner statement and 1099-MISC form for your annual tax return.
